The Challenge:
ThemeDream was engaged to produce several Samsung employee holiday parties at their Silicon Valley headquarters, transforming their cafeteria into a fully immersive winter experience designed to surprise, delight, and bring teams together.

The Results:
One year, guests entered through a snow-filled outdoor arrival moment before stepping into a multi- environment holiday world featuring a selfie-friendly Abominable Snowman, hug-friendly 8-foot teddy bears beneath a 20 foot Christmas tree, a life-size snow globe for group photos, and then guests Hot Tub Time Machine’d back to our 80’s ski lodge for ‘after the slopes’ drinks.

The experience extended beyond décor. Interactive team-building activations included group ski races on artificial snow, axe throwing, snowball toss competitions, and teddy bear decorating for a children’s charity, blending festive entertainment with meaningful engagement.

Another year, with just three business days’ notice, during the highest demand corporate events week of the year, Samsung challenged ThemeDream to deliver a large-scale, multi-themed production despite widespread vendor and talent unavailability. Our team responded with speed, precision, and creativity.

We designed and executed three fully realized themed environments featuring oversized scenic elements and costumed characters to create high-impact photo opportunities and shareable moments:

• Winter Wonderland featuring Olaf, a 15’ Abominable Snowman and a 20’ Frosty the Snowman

• Toyland with Buzz Lightyear and 12’ Toy Soldiers

• Candyland with Winnie the Pooh and 12’ Gingerbread Men

No holiday celebration would be complete without The Grinch presiding over Santa’s chair for signature portraits and printable souvenirs.

To complete the atmosphere, ThemeDream curated a contemporary holiday soundtrack including unexpected modern interpretations of Christmas classics as well as edited a dynamic highlights reel of iconic holiday movie moments projected throughout the venue. ThemeDream delivered a memorable holiday experience, earning such strong praise from Samsung they hired ThemeDream again to produce the following year’s event.
